Description:

JOB SUMMARY

· Oversee the monitoring and managing of activities concerned with the operation and maintenance of all NAM facilities, information technology, and food services.

Responsibilities:

DUTIES

  • Manage facilities:
    · Maintain an inventory of house supplies at all facilities (towels, light bulbs, cleaning products, etc.)
    · Do and supervise routine maintenance and repairs by outside contractors or volunteers.
    · Communicate with Recovery Coach Leads to ensure that residents’ needs are met according to Policies and Procedures guidelines.
    · Track all Health and Safety related activity an effort to maintain a healthy and safe environment at all facilities.
    · Ensure that all documents related to the operations of all facilities are current and in compliance with city and state regulations.
    · Detailed inventory of all facilities

· Maintenance of ALL facilities (cut/mow lawn, shovel, weeds, minor fixes and repairs (plugged toilet, hang a closet door))

  • Manage and monitor Information technology

· Maintain and monitor effectiveness and efficiency in all areas of information and communication.
· Work with Director and Admin to optimizing all areas of information technology.
· Work with Director and Managers to ensure that criteria are met with the accreditation process in conjunction with our Policies and Procedures.
· Ensure security systems are in working order (door codes, key cards)

· Work with IT and Admin to ensure computers are set up and maintained at all facilities.

  • Manage NAM Food Services and Catering

· Monitor food services staff in the performance of their duties
· Work with Food Services Supervisor to ensure that client’s and customer’s needs are met as outlined in NAM policy and procedures.
· Manage and monitor NAM Catering Services or cook.
· Maintain and monitor the kitchen environment for the safety and health of NAM staff, clients.
· Thursday Pickups of groceries, food bank and all other necessities
· Ensure inventory of supplies is stocked and ready for each facility
· Food Management of all facilities

  • Manage Transportation

· Maintain and monitor the use of NAM vehicles.
· Ensure that all vehicles are safe for the use of our clients and staff.
· Ensure that all licenses and insurances are current for all NAM vehicles
· Service, fuel and maintenance of NAM vehicles

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

· Assist in providing coverage for the Admissions and Business Managers in their absence

  • Carry out other duties not listed here as assigned by Leadership Team.
