POSITION OVERVIEW

CCS Cleaning has an exciting opportunity for you as a Operations Manager in Northern Ireland
This position focuses on the daily organisation and supervision of cleaning operations across multiple sites.
The role is particularly suitable for individuals with initial experience in team leadership or site supervision who are ready to take the next step in operational management.
Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating staff, quality control, and communication with clients – all supported by direct managers and internal teams.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
  • Driving license is required
  • Initial experience in a leadership role – e.g. as a team leader, supervisor, or site manager
  • Strong service orientation, excellent communication skills, and good organisational ability
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and openness to learning new systems
Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Regular contact with on-site contacts to ensure service quality
  • Team Coordination: Leading a small team (supervisors and cleaning operatives), planning rotas, and overseeing daily operations
  • On-Site Organisation: Managing timekeeping, supporting onboarding, ordering supplies, and handling administrative tasks
  • Training & Support: Induction and ongoing support for new and existing team members
  • Operational Processes: Contributing to efficient planning and smooth execution in collaboration with the operations manager
  • Health & Safety and Quality Standards: Monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards through regular site visits
