Description

Provide strategic leadership across NSW operations, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Supportive Managers and Supervisors to drive performance, engagement, and accountability.
Ensure all contracts are delivered safely, profitably, and in accordance with client requirements and agreed KPIs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner and senior escalation point when required.
Drive customer satisfaction through consistent service delivery, continuous improvement, and proactive account management.
Identify and support business growth opportunities, including contract retention, service expansion, and tender submissions.
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, resource management, and profitability across the portfolio.
Ensure compliance with OCS policies, ISO standards, coordinate audits, reporting and administration activities, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with contract and safety requirements
Champion innovation, risk management, and operational best practice to enhance service outcomes and business reputation.
Monitor operational performance and implement improvement initiatives to exceed contractual commitments and strategic targets.
