ABOUT THE ROLE:

Days of Working: The salary for this role is based on 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, however availability to pick up escalations on weekends is expected and also supporting specialist works for over nights and weekends will be expected from time to time
We are currently recruiting for a Regional Operations Manager to join our passionate and driven Retail Cleaning team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Have the day-to-day responsibility for quality performance on various contractual elements
• Assist in the management and monitoring of the operation of the contract and ensure compliance with the contract specification.
• Respond to any reasonable request of the company or clients.
• Lead and motivate a team
• Apply quality control procedures to ensure the maintenance of high standards of service.
• Assist in effective management within budgetary constraints.
