Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Operations Manager, you will report to the Cluster General Manager and play a critical role in ensuring the successful launch of the hotel. You will oversee all operational aspects throughout the hotel. As a visible and strategic leader, you will inspire teams, elevate experiences, and uphold the standards that distinguish our hotel.

YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE:

  • Oversee daily operations, including managing reservations.
  • Ability to lead, motivate and communicate effectively with team members and guests.
  • Foster a positive work environment, collabrate with other departments and communicate effectively to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • To ensure that your all team members are developed to provide a hospitable service in line with the operating standards and procedures/brand standards.
  • To motivate your team, clarify goals, provide training to establish and achieve personal development goals for team members.
  • To ensure that your team are aware of hotel availability and take every opportunity to maximise room sales. Increase room revenue by supervising effectiveness of room category upselling.
  • A strong focus on developing your team to create a positive guest experiences and exceeding expections.
  • To ensure our values are implemented in hotel’s daily operations.
  • Ensure all health,safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed by all team members and within the premises. To display a pro-active and innovative approach to skills development and standards enhancement with your team.
  • Oversee the implementation of action plans derived from guest satisfaction and colleague engagement surveys.
