QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Additional languages are considered an asset.
• Prior experience in a dental laboratory or dental industry is a strong advantage.
• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on results and teamwork.

  Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

• Manage and coordinate daily operations across production, sales, marketing, and administration.
• Supervise and support staff in different departments, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
• Act as the primary point of contact with clients, ensuring excellent service and timely communication.
• Monitor performance, set goals, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to business growth.
