Roles & Responsibilities

1. Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient workflow across departments.
2. Manage and coordinate sales, immigration processing, documentation, recruitment, and client service teams.
3. Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and performance standards.
4. Monitor team performance, productivity, and service quality.
5. Ensure timely processing and proper coordination of client files and applications.
6. Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
7. Track KPIs, operational targets, and departmental performance.
8. Prepare regular operational reports for senior management.
9. Handle escalated client and operational issues professionally.
10. Coordinate with management to support business growth and strategic objectives.
11. Ensure internal processes are followed consistently and professionally.
12. Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of operational staff.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in immigration, visa consultancy, recruitment, education consultancy, or a related service industry.
• Strong team leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong knowledge of process management, KPIs, CRM systems, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/operations management systems.
