OVERVIEW:

We’re seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations for our growing painting and drywall company. This role includes project planning, crew management, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3–5 years in construction operations (preferably painting/drywall)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of job costing, safety standards, and project scheduling
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to pass a background check

• Oversee painting/drywall and commercial maintenance projects from start to finish
• Schedule and supervise crews and subcontractors
• Manage materials, timelines, and jobsite quality
• Communicate with clients and vendors
• Track job costs and ensure project profitability
