THE ROLE

We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to join our Toronto HQ. This is a high-impact role where no two days are the same. One minute you’ll be helping save a job for a customer, the next you’ll be coaching our support reps, fixing a bug with the product team, or onboarding a new pro into the network.
You’ll thrive here if you can stay calm under pressure, roll up your sleeves to solve problems, and also step back to see the big picture as we scale. If you love fast-moving startups, balancing people and process, and making customers happy, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead daily operations to keep jobs, customers, and pros moving smoothly
  • Manage and coach our remote support team (based in the Philippines)
  • Handle customer escalations and “save jobs” when issues arise
  • Act as account manager for hundreds of pros, knowing their services and needs inside out
  • Oversee payouts, onboarding, scheduling, and partner performance
  • Troubleshoot tech issues and work with product to report bugs and shape the roadmap
  • Track and improve KPIs like acceptance rate, cancellations, and job completion
  • Help us scale into new markets across North America while keeping service quality high
