As demand for our services continues to rise, we are seeking a proactive and driven Operations Manager to lead the recruitment and management of our nationwide field teams, ensuring consistent service delivery and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As Operations Manager, you will take ownership of building and managing a high-performing team of traffic wardens and parking enforcement officers who operate across private land sites throughout the UK. The role is hands-on and dynamic, with a 50/50 split between field-based duties and office-based planning and management. You’ll be instrumental in scaling our operations, maintaining compliance, and ensuring each site is effectively serviced.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment of parking enforcement officers for private car parks across the UK.
  • Develop streamlined onboarding and induction processes to ensure swift deployment of new hires.
  • Work closely with HR and recruitment partners to maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.

Field Operations & Team Management

  • Supervise and support a growing team of field-based traffic wardens across multiple regions.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure service standards, compliance, and team morale are consistently high.
  • Act as the key point of contact for operational queries from the field.

Performance & Compliance

  • Monitor and drive KPIs including coverage, issuance accuracy, and site compliance.
  • Ensure field teams operate within BPA or IPC guidelines and company policies.
  • Manage rostering, shift planning, and site allocation to ensure optimal coverage and resource efficiency.

Process & Service Improvement

  • Identify and implement improvements to processes, training, and technology to support scale and quality.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including Compliance, Client Services, and Tech to refine operational delivery.

Reporting & Communication

  • Produce weekly/monthly reports on staffing levels, performance, site compliance, and operational issues.
  • Provide feedback and updates to senior management and play an active role in shaping strategic initiatives.
