You will ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction across these departments. What You’ll Do: * Oversee daily operations of Guest Services and Breakfast, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction. * Lead efforts to deliver exceptional guest experiences by addressing feedback and resolving complaints. * Participate in the hotel’s reputation management initiatives, ensuring positive reviews and feedback. * Monitor staffing levels, schedules, and departmental performance. * Maintain compliance with safety, health, and brand policies. * Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public spaces, and facilities. * Act as the primary point of contact for team members and guests in the absence of the General Manager. What You’ll Need: * 2+ years of hotel operations experience, including supervisory roles. * Strong leadership and organizational skills. * Proficiency in property management systems.
