Position Summary: The Operations Manager (AMER – Manila) is responsible for leading and scaling operational support for Pax8’s marketing and revenue enablement functions across the AMER region, with a focus on our Manila-based team. This role ensures seamless execution of enablement initiatives, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to drive performance and partner satisfaction. The Manager will serve as the primary escalation point for the Manila team, working closely with global stakeholders across marketing, revenue, sales, vendor, and product teams. They will secure resources, streamline workflows, and ensure alignment with AMER strategic goals. This role is based in Makati City, Manila. Employees are expected to work from the office. Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to): Team Leadership & Development - Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Manila-based team supporting marketing and revenue enablement operations. Operational Excellence - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce friction, and support scalable growth. Performance Management - Define and track KPIs aligned with AMER enablement goals; use data to drive accountability and continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with AMER and global teams to align operational support with campaign execution, training programs, and go-to-market strategies. Enablement Support - Ensure timely delivery of enablement materials, tools, and communications to internal stakeholders and partners. Resource Coordination - Manage access to systems, documentation, and training resources for the Manila team. People Management - Oversee task allocation, performance reviews, and career development in accordance with Pax8 People Operations policies. Compliance & Governance - Ensure all team activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal compliance standards. Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies: 7+ years in operations or business management, with a strong focus on performance optimixation, cross-functional leadership, and process improvement. Experience working in regional or global roles, driving operational execution across multiple teams and business units. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights. Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum). Why join Pax8?
