Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) department or multiple PDR locations. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality dent repair services while driving operational efficiency, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. It requires a blend of technical expertise, strong leadership, and business acumen to lead a team of technicians, optimize processes, and grow the business.
PLEASE NOTE: This position is based in Canada. The successful candidate must live in Quebec or Montreal (Ontario, Canada) and speak French and English.
Requirements

EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in automotive technology, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive reconditioning, repair, or a related field.

SKILLS:

  • Outgoing personality and ability to connect with people
  • Sharp negotiation and networking skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of automotive repair and reconditioning processes.
  • Ability to develop and optimize workflows for efficiency.

DESCRIPTION

Le/la Responsable des Opérations est chargé(e) de superviser les opérations quotidiennes d’un département de DSP (Débosselage Sans Peinture) ou de plusieurs sites DSP. Ce poste garantit la prestation de services de débosselage de haute qualité tout en assurant l’efficacité opérationnelle, la performance financière et la satisfaction client. Il nécessite une combinaison de compétences techniques, de leadership fort et de sens des affaires pour diriger une équipe de techniciens, optimiser les processus et développer l’activité.
