Previous experience in a similar role and/or industry
Forklift Licence highly regarded
Ability to implement process improvement initiatives
Strong leadership skills, decisions making and problem-solving skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Able to train and coach team members

Ability to be assertive and deal with difficult customers with confidence
