REQUIREMENTS

• Must have traffic control experience
• Must hold a valid traffic control ticket
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Sociable and comfortable working with teams, clients, and contractors
• Passionate about operations, problem-solving, and people development
• Experience in operations, logistics, or construction preferred
• Valid driver’s license

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Dispatching employees and coordinating schedules
• Conducting site inspections to ensure safety and quality
• Creating and reviewing traffic control plans
• Working closely with the owner to keep operations running smoothly
• Managing logistics with the support of a company truck and laptop
• Overseeing employees and contractors to ensure accountability and performance
• Hiring and training new employees to meet operational needs
• Building relationships with clients, project managers, and team members daily
