  • Must have traffic control experience
  • Must hold a valid traffic control ticket
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Sociable and comfortable working with teams, clients, and contractors
  • Passionate about operations, problem-solving, and people development
  • Experience in operations, logistics, or construction preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
