Description

In our corporation the Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our retail locations. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a focus on enhancing customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ⁠ ⁠Manage and optimize store operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
  • ⁠ ⁠Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement promotional strategies and improve sales performance
  • ⁠ ⁠Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • ⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • ⁠ ⁠Recruit, train, and develop staff, fostering a positive work environment and culture.
  • ⁠ ⁠Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and analyze operational costs.
  • ⁠ ⁠Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and improving store ambiance and service.

Qualifications:

  • ⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • ⁠ ⁠Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in retail, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
  • ⁠ ⁠Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on efficiency.
  • ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ⁠ ⁠Ability to analyze data and generate reports to inform decisions.
  • ⁠ ⁠Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail software.
