ABOUT YOUR TASKS:

  • Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team – Manage a department of ~300 employees, including shift managers, team leaders, and operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee Daily Operations – Ensure smooth execution of picking processes, meeting operational targets while maintaining high standards of accuracy, speed, and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Drive Process Optimization – Analyze workflows, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Monitor & Achieve KPIs – Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, order accuracy, and efficiency, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Stakeholder & Cross-Department Collaboration – Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination with other warehouse departments, logistics, and senior management.
