OPERATIONS MANAGER

Esperance Grain Handlers – Esperance WA

Esperance Grain Handlers is seeking a motivated and capable Operations Manager to lead our large-scale grain cleaning and drying facility.

Reporting to the Board, the role is responsible for operations, staff leadership, harvest receivals, logistics, maintenance, compliance, WHS and financial management.

Ideally, you will have:

• Agricultural or grain handling experience
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Staff management and financial experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work effectively under pressure during harvest
