We are looking for a driven and strategic Operations Manager to lead parking operations and make a meaningful impact on our communities and clients. As an Operations Manager, you will oversee and optimize on-street and off-street parking operations within your assigned area. This role is key to ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Parking Operations Management: Develop and implement parking policies, enforcement strategies, and operational procedures Manage metered zones, permit areas, and loading zones Collaborate with municipalities, law enforcement, and transportation agencies Revenue & Performance Optimization: Analyze data to improve revenue collection and operational efficiency Develop pricing strategies and monitor compliance with payment systems Technology & Innovation: Oversee parking technology (meters, pay-by-phone, LPR systems, digital platforms) Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance operations Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to local regulations and ordinances Conduct audits and inspections of parking infrastructure Community Engagement: Build relationships with stakeholders, businesses, and community groups Lead outreach initiatives and public education efforts Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, train, and lead field teams Set performance goals and support employee development Work Environment: Combination of office and field work Occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Local travel for site visits and community engagement Why Pivot Parking?
