PLATINUM MARINE GROUP IS HIRING!

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our Mitchell Island facility. The Operations Manager will coordinate both Production and Project departments, ensuring efficiency, synchronization, and alignment across teams and processes. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in operations management, proven ability to manage staff, and practical experience in construction or marine environments.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in operations, production, or project management, preferably in manufacturing, marine, or construction industries.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and tools.
  • Proficiency in project management and strategic planning.
  • Excellent organizational skills and problem solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of marine industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent English communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Solid understanding of safety standards, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
