Job Description We’re looking for a passionate and driven Operations Manager to lead our South East region, covering 13 practices stretching from Cambridge to Leigh-on-Sea. In this pivotal role, you’ll champion excellence in patient care while empowering teams to thrive. Working closely with Practice Managers, Regional Clinical Leads, and regional colleagues, you’ll help each practice reach its full potential—financially, operationally, and culturally. You’ll be the driving force behind colleague engagement and patient satisfaction, creating a supportive, high-performing environment where people feel proud of the care they deliver.
