Job Description We’re looking for a passionate and driven Operations Manager to lead our North London region, covering 14 practices stretching from Northwood to Southend-on-Sea. In this pivotal role, you’ll champion excellence in patient care while empowering teams to thrive. Working closely with Practice Managers, Regional Clinical Leads, and regional colleagues, you’ll help each practice reach its full potential—financially, operationally, and culturally. You’ll be the driving force behind colleague engagement and patient satisfaction, creating a supportive, high-performing environment where people feel proud of the care they deliver. You’re confident managing P&L and understand how to balance commercial priorities with operational excellence. You’ve delivered multi-site strategies that align with ambitious growth goals, helping businesses scale with purpose. You’re a natural leader—someone who inspires, motivates, and brings people together to create momentum and drive results. You build strong relationships at every level, with the confidence and credibility to influence and advise senior stakeholders. You’re comfortable working with data and analytics, using insights to shape decisions and guide performance. You’ve got hands-on experience developing and delivering budgets, always keeping the bigger picture in mind.
