REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
• OSHA 10-hour certification (minimum).
• Knowledge of logistics management, budgeting, finance, and project control software.
• Proven experience in construction operations (preferably roofing).
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per year

• Supervise construction projects, ensuring budget, deadlines, safety, and quality compliance.
• Coordinate resources: warehouse, vehicles, inventory, crews, and subcontractors.
• Lead pre-construction meetings and manage permits and accreditations.
• Approve budgets, materials, payments, and change orders.
• Handle incidents on site and maintain communication with the management team.
