JOB SPECIFICATION

Reports to: Head of Operations
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (flexibility required with out of hours working as per business needs)
Based: St Albans
Salary: £40,000 per annum + commission on new business.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Operational and compliance awareness.

This role is part of our Security Division, which provides high-quality physical security solutions, including manned guarding, access control, alarm systems, perimeter protection, CCTV monitoring, mobile surveillance, and ANPR technology. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Service Quality & Performance: Oversee the daily operational delivery of multiple security contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels and contractual obligations.
  • Contract Management: Support the effective management, monitoring, and execution of contracts, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to specifications.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for client requests, addressing any reasonable operational needs efficiently and professionally.
  • Quality Control & Compliance: Implement and maintain strict quality assurance procedures to uphold high service standards, ensuring adherence to security best practices and industry regulations.
  • Operational Efficiency & Cost Control: Assist in the effective management of security operations within budgetary constraints while maintaining service excellence.
