    The Procare Group is currently seeking a Operations Manager to join our growing New South Wales team, based at Head Office in Alexandria.
    This role requires a professional, process-driven and highly motivated individual who has a proven track record of delivering performance outcomes in a busy work environment under strict deadlines. If you are someone who loves managing a team, works to deadlines in a high-volume environment and has a passion for getting things done time after time – this job is for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Executive Directors and Quality Assurance Team to ensure client satisfaction goals & timeframes are met, whilst ensuring daily, weekly and monthly KPIs are achieved across the wider team.
  • Utilising your problem-solving abilities and time management skills, you will drive the day-to-day Investigation & Intelligence performance deliverables, process control measures & standards.
  • Manage our People – as an operational leader, you will support the career growth, education and development of our diverse team of investigators & analysts.
  • Actively host team meetings and review areas of improvement, set weekly/monthly targets, and analyse opportunities to improve our service delivery strategies.
  • Develop and prepare monthly & quarterly Investigation statistical data & audit reports, for both internal & external stakeholders.
  • Ensure we operate to best practice with regards to regulations, codes, fraud identification & industry expectations.
    This is a full-time role at our Head Office in Alexandria. Each candidate is welcome to discuss their requirements for flexibility of location and work arrangement.
