POSITION OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing technology company seeking a strategic Operations Manager to coordinate and optimize business operations across our organization. This role focuses on cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and operational efficiency to support our company’s growth and strategic objectives. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between departments, streamline workflows, and drive operational excellence throughout the organization.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive operations experience in high-tech or technology-focused environments
• Proven experience in cross-functional coordination and project management
• Experience with process improvement methodologies and business optimization

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Strong proficiency with ERP systems, project management tools, and business intelligence platforms
• Experience with process mapping software and workflow optimization tools
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with business process automation and digital transformation concepts

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Operations Management
• Professional certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, APICS, or equivalent process improvement credentials
• Experience in high-growth technology companies or startup environments
• Background in SaaS, software development, or technology product companies
