The Role: Operations Manager - PS LAX This is a role for a leadership position at PS LAX, to lead and manage a high performing team in a fast-paced luxury environment. The Operations manager will manage the Operations Department, front and back of house, to ensure flawless execution of all PS service and brand standards. The Operations Manager is responsible for coaching and development of all associates and assisting with customer service recovery. This position reports to the Director of Operations PS LAX. Responsibilities & Expectations * Manages and supports the daily Operation at PS LAX. * Acts as Manager on Duty of the entire business. * Assists with recruitment and development of the Operations team. * Ensures that the Operations department maintains SOP and service standards. * Manages performance of the day-to-day operation and its departments for service quality. * Responsible for service recovery opportunities. * Evaluates staff performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing feedback.
