Operations Manager | Public Coast Brewing Company

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to help steer the ship—overseeing everything from day-to-day pub life to brewery production operations. The Operations Manager role will be an employee of Columbia Hospitality and eligible for an excellent benefits package. (Public Coast Brewing Co. owners contract with Columbia to serve as the overall management company for the brewery. Local ownership remains closely involved with brewery strategy and operations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to stand and walk throughout the shift
  • Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 50lbs at shoulder height.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods
  • Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, overhead reaching, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, including holding and squeezing.
