Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Our Operations team is growing! We’re looking for an Operations Manager to join our team in London. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about optimising processes for efficiency and who comes with experience in leveraging automation tools to drive improvements in a high growth environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and implement new processes to improve efficiency and accuracy across the business.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues with operational processes and develop requirements for technical/development solutions.
  • Manage/develop and build Ops team (Data Ops and Website/Content Ops)
  • Manage Automation Tools, developing best practice and roadmap for further adoption across business operations.
  • Ensure that the processes for extracting revenue data across its partners are accurate, validated, and continuously improved.
