What you will do

  • Drive Lean manufacturing, 5S and continuous improvement across the operation.
  • Improve performance across safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost, including MIFOT and DIFOT.
  • Lead production planning, scheduling, workflow and capacity management.
  • Manage inventory performance, stock accuracy and stocktakes in partnership with Supply Chain and Production.
  • Oversee asset maintenance through structured preventative and planned maintenance programs.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor, identifying root causes, improving processes and working closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales and Customer Service.

What we require

  • Strong experience leading production or manufacturing operations.
  • Practical knowledge and application of Lean manufacturing, 5S and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience in production planning, scheduling and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong people leadership and coaching capability, with the ability to bring teams together through empathy, respect and a collaborative approach.
  • Proven ability to identify root causes, improve processes and deliver measurable operational improvements.
  • Experience across inventory management, asset maintenance, safety, quality, delivery and cost.

What we prefer

  • Experience across multiple manufacturing or production lines.
  • An engineering, manufacturing or technical qualification.
  • Exposure to Engineering, Supply Chain or broader operational functions.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary package including vehicle allowance and incentive program.
  • Laptop and mobile phone provided.
  • Access to discounted Health Insurance.
  • ABC values awards.
  • Wellbeing Committee focusing on Mental Health, Community Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, Social & Amenities.
  • WhereFit membership offering discounts on gyms, apparel and more.
