We’re looking for a friendly and dedicated Operations Manager to lead our Queensland warehouse/operations team!
As the Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering a positive team environment while ensuring the efficient operation of our services in QLD. If you’re passionate about helping others and have a knack for managing processes, we’d love to have you on board!
In this hands-on role, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your team and clients, cultivate a collaborative workplace culture, and contribute to our success in the region.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Oversee daily operations and manage team activities to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for operational efficiency.
  • Establish strong communication lines within the team and with clients, always keeping a friendly attitude.
  • Monitor performance metrics, and motivate the team to reach their goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while maintaining a fun and engaging work environment.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the building or construction industry.
  • Excellent leadership skills and a positive, approachable demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
  • Ability to cultivate a team spirit and drive towards common goals.
  • Understanding of financial management to manage budgets effectively.
  • Current LF Forklift licence
