JOB SUMMARY

Essential role in the company ensuring the cohesive functioning of all departments with a key focus on productivity, efficiency and profitability.
Backbone of the organization ensuring smooth operations and maximised efficiency.
Responsible for designing, implementing, and supervising the company operational systems, ranging across supply chain management, store operations, and health and safety.
Create policies, monitor internal processes, and analyse performance metrics.

Staff supervision - guide and motivate the workforce.

  • Ensure tasks are performed efficiently and effectively.

Optimise business operations – Evaluating and improving business processes, identify ways to increase quality/productivity whilst reducing costs.
Strategic planning – Develop operational strategy aligned with the company business goals overseeing the progress of different workstreams.
Risk Management and Health and Safety - Implement policies and procedures to monitor, prevent or address operational risks. Ensure compliancy off all legal standards and regulations.

Store operations – Inventory management, staff rotas and timesheets.

  • Monthly service audits, develop KPIs and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Health and Safety/ Risk assessments.

Supply Chain/ Warehouse – Enhance current service performance and integrate new where required.

  • Efficient and effective supply chain, stock management accountability and planning for inbound deliveries.
  • HR - Support HR in sensitive areas where confidentiality and sensitive discussions are required.
