Work Setup: Onsite Work Location: Cubao, Quezon City Shift: Monday-Friday; 8pm - 5am or 11pm - 8am (to be finalized during the JO with the HM); Fixed weekends off Non-negotiable Requirements: At least 2 years of equivalent experience Able to handle different teams all at once – covers compliance and performance Knowledge in tech products BPO experience with B2B experience in the US Market Strong English communication skills College level with TOR Duties and Responsibilities: Lead daily operations across Product, Project, IT, and Accounting teams to ensure seamless performance aligned with company goals. Monitor operations to identify growth opportunities and drive cross-functional projects to completion on schedule. Collaborate with IT and Accounting to optimize systems and ensure accurate financial processes. Develop operational policies, manage resources and timelines, and promote continuous improvement for enhanced efficiency. Foster communication and collaboration for a unified, high-performing organization.
