Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate the overall operations of the Ready-mix Concrete plant, including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production processes, minimize downtime, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Lead and manage a team of production staff, drivers, and maintenance personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to achieve operational goals.
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any operational hazards or issues.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to understand customer requirements, forecast demand, and ensure the efficient allocation of resources to meet production targets.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous operational enhancements.
- Manage operational budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to optimize cost-effectiveness and maximize operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to support operational activities and compliance with industry standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in operations management within the Ready-mix Concrete industry, with a strong track record of driving operational performance and productivity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in operations management or supply chain will be a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing workforce.
• Solid understanding of production processes, quality control standards, and logistics operations, with a focus on safety, environmental compliance, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and the capacity to make data-driven decisions for operational improvements.
• Proficiency in utilizing operational management software, ERP systems, and other digital tools to streamline processes, analyze data, and enhance operational visibility.
• Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and the ability to manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation effectively.
• Knowledge of local regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to Ready-mix Concrete production and distribution in the Dubai market.
  Experience:
• Minimum 5 years as Operation Manager in Ready-mix Industry
