Manage day-to-day operations of the branch Manage and oversee all aspects of the facility Protect equipment and parts inventory Provide a customer centric solutions providing approach that meets and exceeds our customers expectations. Dispatch and control the service dept. Provide technicians with the tools (training, support, and parts) needed to complete jobs Manage Service labor Manage the parts and service departments Provide professional and accurate invoices Build and sustain customer relationships Work with the sales and rental department on the distribution of equipment Other duties as assigned by management OPERATIONS MANAGER REQUIREMENTS (Skills, Technology, and Physical Requirements) Valid driver’s license and must meet General Liability driving requirements to operate a company vehicle when necessary.
