Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to support the daily operations of a dynamic recruitment agency based in the Netherlands. This is a fully remote position for candidates based in South Africa, offering an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a fast-growing, international business. As the right-hand to the company directors, you’ll ensure smooth operational delivery, coordinate across teams, and drive process excellence. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in recruitment operations and a solid understanding of international business environments. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily operations of the recruitment agency to ensure high efficiency and service standards Develop and implement process improvements and operational strategies Collaborate with recruitment teams, administrators, and external stakeholders across different countries Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present operational insights to the leadership team Manage internal systems including CRM, project management, and communication tools Ensure compliance with contracts, legal documents, and data handling standards Support onboarding, process training, and internal team development Act as a liaison between the Netherlands-based leadership and the remote South African team Lead or contribute to cross-border projects, tech integrations, and international recruitment campaigns Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or business support within a recruitment or professional services environment Proven experience working with international teams and clients is non-negotiable Demonstrated ability to operate across time zones and cultures in a remote setting Strong project management, planning, and organisational skills Proficient in Google Workspace and platforms such as Trello, Monday.com, Notion, or equivalent Excellent communication and reporting skills, both written and verbal Must be highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently A reliable internet connection and a personal laptop are required
