We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. This role will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies, while leading and motivating the warehouse team to achieve performance goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of warehouse/operations management experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, or related software (NetSuite experience a plus).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

  Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Implement and maintain efficient processes to optimize productivity, accuracy, and safety.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and ensure timely order processing.
• Enforce health, safety, and compliance standards throughout the facility.
• Collaborate with other departments (purchasing, sales, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports on performance, productivity, and improvements.
