We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our branch operations, driving efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Customer & Commercial Management * Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth. * Address customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues promptly. * Partner with sales leadership to identify opportunities for growth and new business development. Business Operations & Financial Management * Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across order processing, inventory control, and financial reconciliation. * Manage branch P&L, including gross profit, margins, operating expenses, and EBITDA performance. * Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and General Management to develop, execute, and monitor annual budgets. * Analyze trends and variances to implement corrective actions that ensure operational and financial goals are achieved. * Oversee fuel pricing, lubricant pricing, and vendor rebate processes to maximize profitability. Inventory & Supply Chain Management * Supervise purchasing, warehouse, and inventory control functions to ensure optimal stock levels and operational accuracy. * Manage cycle counts, physical inventories, and product movement strategies to reduce waste and minimize slow-moving or obsolete inventory. * Partner with corporate supply chain and vendors to maintain product availability and pricing accuracy. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Collaborate with corporate teams on training, systems, and best practices to drive consistency and alignment across the organization. * Integrate and execute corporate programs and initiatives within the branch operation. * Foster strong communication between warehouse, sales, and back-office functions to enhance efficiency and customer service. What We're Looking For: * At least 2 years of experience leading or managing a team * A valid CDL Class A with Tanker endorsement * Experience in the oil and lubricants industry is a strong plus * Background in inventory management preferred * Previous dispatch experience is a plus * Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with operational systems (e.g., DM2 or similar ERP tools). * Operations management experience strongly preferred * High school diploma or equivalent required At RelaDyne, you’ll find more than just a job-you’ll discover a career with a company that values people, teamwork, and growth.
