Description

We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day field operations, coordinate suppliers and crews, and ensure quality, efficiency, and safety on projects for a new, innovative roofing company specializing in single-family residential construction. We are backed by 20 years of homebuilding success and strong financial support.
This is a hands-on role for someone with roofing and construction management experience who wants to help build systems, train crews, and grow a high-performing team. You’ll also work closely with our in-house tech team to improve our proprietary operations platform in real time.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong roofing knowledge: materials, installation methods, quality control, and estimating.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards, building codes, and warranty requirements.
  • Proven experience managing crews, suppliers, and project schedules.
  • Ability to track labor and material costs, control waste, and manage change orders.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using apps, software, and reporting tools.

  • Monitor daily job progress, address worker or scheduling issues, and maintain quality standards.
  • Conduct site visits for training, quality checks, and warranty work as needed.
  • Track crew performance, identify training needs, and update systems accordingly.
  • Communicate with builders to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns.
  • Collaborate with the tech team to refine reporting and processes.
