Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and improve our core business operations. This fully remote role requires a strategic thinker who can manage teams, streamline processes, and ensure operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operational activities across multiple departments Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements Manage and mentor team leads and department heads Develop and monitor KPIs to measure operational performance Coordinate with HR, finance, and technology teams on cross-functional initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Prepare operational reports and present insights to executive leadership Qualifications and Experience 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related leadership role Proven ability to lead remote or distributed teams effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience in a BPO, recruitment, or technology environment is advantageous Relevant degree in Business Administration or Management preferred Salary: R45,000/month | 100% Remote
