JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and drive the strategic direction of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in managing teams, optimizing processes, and achieving business objectives. This role is crucial in ensuring operational efficiency, enhancing profitability, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in management roles with a focus on operations or related fields.
  • Strong background in strategic planning and execution, demonstrating the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional hands on leadership skills with experience in supervising diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of profit & loss management principles and practices.
  • Experience in business development, project management, and process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Experienced in use of FOSSE or other Marriott property management system
  • Must have or willing to get SERV Safe, CPR, Food Handling, and ABC certifications

  • Adheres to all franchise and company standards
  • Responsible for staff schedules, ordering of supplies, and some payroll duties for multiple departments
  • Excel in proactive service and exemplify professional service recovery
  • Complete all other duties assigned by General Manager
