QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • 5+ years in e-commerce and retail operations, with experience leading teams.
  • Proven record of driving growth in both online and physical retail settings.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, retail operations, and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, POS, and Shopify; knowledge of Netsuite is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused, with a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re searching for a driven and strategic E-Commerce and Retail Operations Manager to elevate our operations. This role will lead our team, optimize our e-commerce and in-store sales, and streamline daily business functions. As a key contributor to Ultimate Tools, you’ll bridge our online and physical storefronts, helping drive our growth and success in the market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement e-commerce and retail strategies to increase online and in-store sales, enhance the user experience, and drive profitability.
  • Oversee daily operations of both the e-commerce website and retail store, ensuring they’re up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create and execute digital campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
  • Manage company operations, including customer service, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team, providing guidance, training, and accountability.
  • Oversee product catalog, pricing, and promotions across both online and in-store channels to maximize profitability.
  • Utilize ERP, CRM, and POS systems to manage customer relationships and track sales.
  • Analyze e-commerce and retail performance, reporting insights and refining strategies.
  • Maintain organized inventory management, ensuring stock accuracy and availability.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
