The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead, optimise and scale our service operations across trust accounting and property management. This is a pivotal role that oversees onshore and offshore teams, drives operational excellence and partners closely with the executive team. What You Will Do • Lead day to day operations to ensure exceptional service delivery across trust accounting and property management • Coach Team Leaders and Account Managers to build capability, engagement and high performance • Provide indirect leadership to a large offshore workforce, ensuring alignment, accountability and a positive culture • Design and execute operational strategies that support growth, scalability and client retention • Identify process and system improvements that increase efficiency and profitability • Partner with Finance, Client Success and People and Culture to ensure seamless cross functional delivery • Manage budgets, resource allocation and operational cost control • Track key performance indicators including cost to serve, utilisation and productivity • Maintain high quality and compliance standards through strong governance and QA frameworks • Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive steps to resolve issues and enhance the client experience • Build a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement across all teams • Ensure audit readiness, mitigate operational risks and uphold trust accounting and property legislation requirements What We Are Looking For • Seven to ten years experience leading operations in trust accounting, property management or professional services • Proven experience managing large distributed or offshore teams • Strong commercial acumen with budgeting, forecasting and KPI management capability • Excellent problem solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Tertiary qualification in Business Management, Finance or a related field.
