The Operations Manager will support the Director in running the agency’s daily operations, coordinating projects, managing client work, and setting up efficient systems as the business scales. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone comfortable working in a lean setup and building processes from the ground up.
Specific responsibilities:
1. Plan and track content schedules, ad campaigns, and client deliverables to ensure timely execution.
2. Coordinate with external creatives (e.g., designers, copywriters, photographers) and vendors for smooth delivery of services.
3. Follow up on client requests, feedback, and revisions while ensuring high-quality output is sent on schedule.
4. Set up and maintain project tools (e.g., Trello, Notion, Google Drive) and help document processes for future hires.
5. Assist with invoicing, file management, and managing subscriptions or platform accounts (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite).
6. Support recruitment efforts, prepare onboarding materials, and help build foundational systems for a growing team.
