You will be responsible for overseeing business operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, supporting staffing and HR needs, and driving quality assurance and performance initiatives across all locations.
This role will also support growth by fostering community relationships, leading outreach and marketing initiatives, and collaborating with the CEO to align each location with the company’s long-term vision and values.

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, HR, or business development within healthcare, home care, or hospice.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams across multiple locations is preferred.

  • Manage budgets, monitor performance KPIs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
