Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead our team and support our continued growth and service excellence. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, enhancing client and caregiver satisfaction, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving business growth through strategic planning and community engagement. The Operations Manager will work closely with the owner and office management team to achieve operational excellence.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead day-to-day company operations, including budgeting, staffing, and compliance
  • Oversee client and caregiver experience, ensuring high satisfaction and quality of care
  • Recruit, train and support staff while fostering a collaborative culture
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, referral sources and community partners
  • Implement marketing strategies to grow brand visibility and revenue
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and internal company policies
  • Participate in on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis and provide leadership during after-hours needs
  • Promote a positive, collaborative, and goal-oriented team culture

    What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field

  • 7+ years of experience in home care or healthcare
  • 5+ years in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, communication, team-building, and strategic planning skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling/billing software
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and employment practices
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in both office in West Allis and in-home settings throughout Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties
