Ringwood Hall Hotel & Spa is a 72 bedroomed hotel situated on the outskirts of Chesterfield. With 29 acres, 6 of which are landscaped gardens, several function rooms, a Garden Marquee seating up to 400 guests, an in-house Restaurant and a 7 treatment room Spa.

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure the efficiency of our business processes. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the operations team, optimising operational procedures, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and profitability. This role is crucial in driving the company towards its goals while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
At Ringwood the experience of our guests is paramount, and with a large number of banquets, weddings, conference & events, we require a proactive, and dynamic Operations Manager to lead the Operations Team forward.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
