POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Operations Manager will work directly with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) assisting with client project initiatives, weekly management of utilization, employee scheduling, and administrative tasks. This will include shadowing the CEO on meetings, managing priorities for the CEO from other members of the executive team, and other day to day activities as directed by the CEO.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management Information systems (MIS), Information Technology, or other relevant business degrees preferred.
  • Other relevant degrees may be considered.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of successful industry experience within client service or information security preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment successfully balancing multiple priorities.
  • Previous experience as an Operations Manager or equivalent preferred.

  • Ability to effectively attend meetings, take notes, identify action items, and prioritize them in a logical way for others
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities at once
  • Ability to display agility in performing ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Responsibilities
  • Attend meetings and record detailed meetings notes and provide the team with action items for follow-up.
  • Create and manage project timelines for internal and external projects that are being managed by the ELT.
  • Manage utilization, team forecast, and scheduling
  • Act as triage for communications by prioritizing items as they come in.
  • Execute internal firm administrative activities.
  • Monitor, track, and ensure resolution of defined tasks in accordance with their due dates.
  • Report any overdue tasks or assignments to ELT on a regular basis.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the ELT.
