Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our daily business operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational, compliance, and process management skills, preferably with a background in banking or financial services, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and regulatory alignment within the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and manage daily operations across sales, property management, and support functions.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, workflows, and compliance procedures in line with RERA, DLD, and UAE labor laws.
  • Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of employees.
  • Supervise documentation, contracts, and transaction processes (Form A, Form F, MOUs, tenancy contracts).
  • Monitor CRM system usage, ensuring accurate data entry and timely reporting.
  • Manage financial controls such as petty cash, commissions, invoicing, and expense tracking, in coordination with Accounts.
  • Ensure smooth communication between agents, management, landlords, tenants, and developers.
  • Conduct regular audits of operational procedures and recommend process improvements.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management regarding performance, compliance, and business efficiency.
  • Support marketing and administrative activities, ensuring all campaigns and property listings comply with company standards.
