We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to lead our operations, ensure smooth service delivery, and drive operational excellence.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in facilities management/cleaning industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and client management abilities.
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance.
  • Ability to multitask and manage large teams across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of cleaning and facilities management projects.
  • Manage and lead supervisors, team leaders, and staff to ensure service standards are met.
  • Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Plan manpower allocation, scheduling, and resource utilization.
  • Monitor and maintain health & safety standards at all sites.
  • Handle client communications, resolve issues, and ensure high service quality.
  • Prepare and review reports, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Support business growth by identifying opportunities for process and service improvement.
