We currently have the capacity to provide a home to 19,000 students (and are growing) and we don’t simply provide a bed and roof; we also provide a unique, amazing experience and a safe environment to help students make the most of their studies.

As our Operations Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of your property (or properties), leading a passionate team and ensuring our residents have an unforgettable experience. You’ll juggle everything from team training and financial performance to property presentation and resident wellbeing—all while keeping your finger on the pulse of what makes Scape special.

Here’s a taste of what your day could look like:

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing customer service team on-site.
• Plan and manage staffing to ensure seamless, high-quality service delivery.
• Support onboarding and on-the-job training for new team members.
• Collaborate with Facilities and Wellness & Hygiene teams to ensure standout presentation and maintenance.
• Manage arrears and ensure targets are met for collections and operational costs.
• Own the reporting process—track property performance and share insights.
• Partner with the leasing and marketing team to deliver successful campaigns.
• Help shape and hit revenue goals while keeping an eye on budgets and efficiencies.
